UTILITIES ADVISORY COMMISSION ... The commission plans to hold a study session with the council; discuss Developing a Flexible Distributed Energy Resource Plan; consider recommending that the council approve policy objectives for the 2017 Wastewater Collection Utility Cost of Service Analysis; and discuss the Electric Integrated Resource Plan.
