Menlo's Swart earns weekly women's soccer honors from GSAC

Menlo College women's soccer goalie Kaylin Swart earned Golden State Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week honors for helping the Oaks advance in the conference tournament on Saturday.

Swart recorded nine saves in regulation and two overtime periods in a match against The Master's College. She also made the critical save during the penalty kick phase that sent Menlo into this week's GSAC semifinals. Swart also made one of the 11 kicks that kept the Oaks alive.
