Only a few days remain before Thanksgiving, and Estelle Chalfin’s Community Thanksgiving Potluck Dinner, put on by InnVision Shelter Network, is still missing some key items.
Although the organizers of the Palo Alto event are chock-full of volunteers and have enough turkeys and white potatoes, they’re still missing some components for the dinner and several for the bag lunches also provided, according to an email from the event organizers.
Candied sweet potatoes, either canned or cooked by these directions.
Butter
Sandwich Bread (10 loaves, need total of 100)
Lunch meat (to make 50 –100 sandwiches, need 40 lbs total)
Fruit (to fill 50 –100 lunch bags or 400 total)
Granola Bars (to fill 50 –100 lunch bags for 400 total)
Juice Boxes (50-100 for 400 total)

Those interested in donating food should bring it to the All Saints Church at 555 Waverley St. by Wednesday, Nov. 27.
