CITY COUNCIL … The council plans to meet in a closed session to evaluate the performance of the city manager. The council will then discuss a study of planning alternatives for the San Antonio Road corridor from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo students, continue its discussion of its annual priorities and objectives, and consider appointing a citizen committee that will explore whether council members should get further salary increases. The council will then go into another closed session to discuss litigation from Hamilton High LLC pertaining to construction of a downtown garage and to discuss the city’s negotiations with the school district pertaining to Cubberley Community Center. The first closed session will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, March 18, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 250 Hamilton Ave. The regular meeting will follow.
