Sparkling Hot Chocolate

Uploaded: Feb 4, 2022

TGIF – Thanks Goodness It’s February!

Good show to all the Dry January participants out there. On the last night, we mixed up this bright little bevvy– and I just might have another one tonight. Easy on the stomach, liver, and pocket book, this quickster is fun to have in your back pocket all year long. Find interesting bitters at your local beverage store – there are so many new ones to choose from these days.

Sparkling Hot Chocolate

1 can of sparkling water
Aztec Chocolate bitters
Smoked Chili Bitters
Big ice cube

Shake a few drops of the bitters into your glass, to taste. Top with ice and sparkling water. Garnish with tangerines or another citrus if you have it.

Hey Laura, Iced hot chocolate--for a warming planet? Haha, we are heading to watch snow melt, so what a great recipe to find. Just ordered the bitters for local pickup. Miss seeing you around! Claire
