CITY COUNCIL … The council plans to affirm the project vision, design direction and stakeholder engagement strategy for the University Avenue Streetscape Improvement Project; consider approving changes to the city’s green building standards and discuss using the city-owned building at 445 Bryant St. as a community center and as space for the nonprofit group La Comida.
