Radio Program About Immersion

Original post made by Paul Losch, Community Center, on Feb 7, 2007

KALW, the public radio station of the San Francisco Unified School District, has a 30 minute program about language immersion instruction. I don't know if there is a podcast, but it aired at 1pm on Wednesday, February 7, will air again at 7pm on Wednesday, February 7, and at 3:30 on Sunday February 11.

It is 91.7 on the FM dial. I listened to the show at 1pm today, and I encourage anyone who wants to understand immersion programs more fully to listen and help inform their opinions about this instructional method.
