Let's hoe the pick a competent new superintendent.
In the meantime, make sure Mrs. la Vega gets taken out of negotiations with Sobrato. She is leaving, she will not have to be accountable for possible bad decisions.

I think Ravenswood will find Dr. Hernandez to be an excellent individual, even in the midst of turmoil that has occurred with Twin Rivers (where I have worked with her), she kept her integrity and continued to work to improve things. I'm sure she will bring this form of leadership with her to her new job.

Dr. Hernandez is NOT part of the problems at Twin Rivers. If not for the community (rightly) wanting an outsider to lead the district, she would have likely been the superintendent (they announced someone yesterday). I wish her the best of luck as superintendent in EPA.

This hire will haunt you. She's not the least bit qualified. She literally hid in her office for four years and our scores plummeted. She is despised here in North Sacramento.
