Rocks and Dubs fighting it out for 6th seed, with the Dubs up one, the rockets have the tiebreaker. No way Houston and Warriors meet unless it's the western finals, which would be fine.

Wouldn't that rock PA?!?

Now let's look back on THE choice:

Steph Curry for 4 yrs/44 mill

or

Lin for 3 yrs/25 mill

No contest, but best of luck to Lin and the rocks - NEXT year....

;-)

He says he hit the racism glass ceiling.

He got into Harvard, and now has a contract for 25 million - but he says he hit a glass ceiling? Nice high ceiling in my opinion!

Big: Yes, it was a glass ceiling because he claims any other race/ethnicity would have gotten offers from Stanford or Division 1 teams. Maybe his $25 million can help with landscaping his parents' front yard. Last time I saw it, was not a pretty site.

I am surprised they didn't interview the Paly Coach.

"because he claims any other race/ethnicity would have gotten offers from Stanford or Division 1 teams. "\

He also claimed that about not gettting drafted.

But he wasn't that good. he showed well in the summer league and the Dubs signed him, but he didn't make the improvements they hoped for. Released. Picked up by the rockets. Released.

Worked hard. Improved game. Sat on end of bench until Felton hurt, got a shot.

Not racism. Yes, on the court, between players - absolutely. But not the draft. Too much money at stake for the GM's, for all of them to supposedly be 'racist'.

Ask Yao Ming.

The word "racist" never came up during that interview. They did use the term "ethnic stereotype", which is different. Colleges, coaches, and team managers were not willing to take a chance on an Asian-American kid because of his race, not because of any ethnic hatred. The difference may be too subtle to people who have not experienced it themselves.
