NCAA party ends abruptly for Stanford women

The magic vanished for nearly six minutes of the second half, and, with it, a shot at a sixth straight trip to the NCAA Final Four. Chiney Ogwumike scored 26 points and grabbed 12 rebounds and the Stanford women's basketball team still didn't have enough, losing to Georgia, 61-59, in the Spokane regional semifinal on Saturday.

Stanford women's basketball season ticket holders are PROUD to be associated with the Cardinal and their outstanding 33-3 season! Tara and coaches...we've seen so much development of players into real competitors and we're extremely thankful for your continued efforts and successes.
