The trailer park is going to close anyway, PA does not need to discuss the impact of Prometeus on the trailer park residents. The city already has the requirements on notification, moving assistance, etc. [Portion removed by Palo Alto Online staff] Close the park, beautiful Palo Alto and cut down crime. With large big money companies like Facebook and Google a few miles away the thousands of new employees need a place to live- AND THEY PAY TAXES.

j99 - I agree about the trailer park. Unless someone with really deep pockets chose to purchase the land, invest major dollars in updating both the utilities infrastructure and the trailers (and that scenario would most likely requiring people moving too), the park is going to close. New housing will be built.

We should instead focus the well-intentioned energy on relocating the residents within a reasonable distance and trying to keep as many of the current students in PAUSD as possible.

Library Commission - discuss how few hours some of our branches are open because we have too many! And no, you can't add the hours together from branch to branch to say that we are open more hours than other places, last time I checked, I can only be in one place at a time!

They also pay taxes through their rentals. They deserve to be treated like members of the community and not guests. There is no place for this kind of racist intolerance in our community. I agree with the poster above re library hours.

We want a library open until 8.00 or 9.00 pm weekdays and 6.00 pm weekends. We also want it opening at the same time every day. I am sick of having to check online before I leave the house to check the library hours for that day.

The library is a service not a business and should be fully functional during recreational hours rather than business hours.

It is impossible to accept any of your opinions when you have consistently shown that you cannot communicate without casting unfiltered & overly exaggerated aspersions [portion removed by Palo Alto Online staff] in your criticisms to PAUSD staff.

I'm fine with the deletion since you deleted the offending opinion. It would make better sense that you change my deletion so that starts at the word "aspersions" as the rest doesn't make sense without the content that was deleted. Agreed?
