This column is one of the only things I read in PA Weekly anymore. Always fun to hear about new places to eat!

The Fresh Choice in San Antonio Center appears to have closed down?

Any news on that one?

My family of hungry teenagers will miss it and no doubt they will not eat as healthy when they eat out in future.

Healthier Faster Food,

Fresh Choice seems to have filed for bankruptcy (Web Link) and have closed down a lot of their locations. I believe the Cupertino and Milpitas ones are still open, though.

We're sorry to see them as well :(

Since this is a better choice for a drive thru, perhaps we will get a Chik Fil A (according to my teenagers it is the healthiest fast food).

Yes, let's cheer for moderately priced clothing stores leaving Stanford Shopping Center. Very soon only rich tourists will be able to shop there.

I think there was an article about a month ago about pasta?. Search the archives. I think it's morphed into a different sort of Italian place with same owner.

For Fresh Choice Lovers, there is a Sweet Tomatoes in the Nob Hill Shopping Center @ Grant Rd/El Camino. Sweet Tomatoes is at the end of the shopping center closest to El Camino.
