New MI Materials will be posted by PAUSD.org Friday 1/5
Schools & Kids, posted by Concerned Parent, a resident of Another Palo Alto neighborhood, on Jan 5, 2007 at 3:39 pm

Hello,

The board packet for the Tuesday January 9th PAUSD Board of Education meeting is scheduled to be published today (1/5) on PAUSD.org. Go to Board Information, Board Agenda.

Mandarin Immersion will be the hot topic for Board Discussion at that January 9th meeting. This should be the last meeting before final board vote on January 30th.

Expect the packet to contain:

1. Revisions to the MI Feasibility Study (perhaps)

2. Staff comment and Staff Recommendation (perhaps)

Please plan on attending the MI discussion at the Tuesday board meeting coming up on January 9th.

This is the 11TH HOUR to show your Board of Education the community's position on Mandarin Immersion.
