Restaurant reviewers should include silverware

Another complaint about silverware is why we don't get more. I am tired of being handed my fork after eating my salad, or worse still, having it placed on the messy table top, when my plate is cleared. Why can't I automatically get a fresh one. It is the same when I have used my knife to butter my bread and leave it on the side plate. Why can't I get a fresh one to eat my meal? If the server hands me my dirty knives and forks, what am I supposed to do with them? Wave them around in the air until my next course comes along, or place them on the one napkin which I have already used.
The best silverware used by a restaurant round here is, ta daa, IKEA. They use their own silverware. It is always clean, shiny and nice to use. Maybe some of our restaurants should go and buy some from there, and while they are at it, their water glasses are great to drink from too. It could start a trend in restaurant reviews, maybe we could start a clean fork symbol instead of three stars!!
