Candidate Victor Frost hospitalized -- heart

Original post made on Nov 2, 2007

Perennial Palo Alto City Council candidate and panhandler Victor Frost was hospitalized for more than a week with heart failure, he said Thursday. Back at his usual spot on Homer Avenue, the hospital bracelet still around his wrist, Frost said he's still feeling below par but intends to continue with the campaign.

It is high time Mr Frost moved on.

I notice that while he begs for a living he owns and drives a Mercedes Benz.

I and many others with kids find his begging out side Whole Foods very annoying.

Move on Mr Frost

Nothing is secret in this town. I saw Victor Frost at the PAMF a couple of weeks ago. Anyway, I hope he's OK and wish him a speedy recovery.

anne, Good grief! how about a little charity - if not from your pocketbook, at least from your heart?

There was a time when charity to beggars was considered helpful to the soul. You have a choice not to give - but why castigate someone whose shoes you have never walked in?

Incidentally, Mr. Frost drives a circa early 1980's Mercedes, in poor repair; it can best be described as a "heap".

Get well, Mr. Frost, and be well.

Mike

I believe in charity and give my tithe to my church and have volunteered

with aids patients in Africa.

Mr Frost is a freeloader, he has been at it for years and boast of the

fact, he allows himself to get grossly overweight then gets sick.

If we had not enabled him over the years he would be much better off

It is time for him to move on-- out of Palo Alto !

Good luck Mr Frost you will win a council seat one day and turn
things around for the homeless. Don't give up your occupation.

The poor man! Look a lot of working people drive old beaten down VWs, Fords and Toyotas. Are we suppose to feel bad for the pan handlers who drives a Mercedes?

By the way, who paid for Victor's hospital stay? Did he thank them?
