At reception, I was understandably asked for ID and where I was going. Fine so far.
Got my pass, went to my meeting, all very commonplace, except…
This office building has a ton of people who are doing highly classified work, with what I observed to be relatively young people. I suspect many of them are Stanford grads, and that is fine. Some youthful break time dealing with bungee balls and then back to work.
I personally am OK with such an organization doing such work in Palo Alto.
And it amazed me that such an organization is in our midst downtown.
