Does anyone know how to lodge a complaint about the poor referees in high school water polo? We've seen so much bad behavior among referees that a change is called for. There are people officiating some of these games who do not know the rules. There are some who simply prefer one team over another, and will spend the game making calls very obviously to make their team win. It has gone on long enough.

Why don't you become a referee yourself? There has been and will always be a shortage of officials. And given your comments above, clearly the sport needs expert officials like you.
