Palo Alto Festival of the Arts returns for 32nd year

The streets of downtown Palo Alto will teem with art enthusiasts and revelers this weekend for the 32nd annual Palo Alto Festival of the Arts.

"Because of a new city ordinance banning the use of plastic and paper bags for carrying merchandise"
wrong. Wrong. Wrong. The city banned the distribution of paper and plastic bags. People are still free to carry merchandise in plastic and paper bags,
Wish the Weekly would try to get some facts correct

What a ridiculous thing to get mad about! Anyone in this town would know exactly what the Weekly meant. Keep your negativity to yourself.

Don't the facts matter anymore when it comes tothe weekly reporting-- they are on a roll this week as it is.
And what ever happened to the right to express your opinion?
This bag ban was wrong to begin with and the weekly confusing people about it does to help.
