This happened at the 5.00 commute time, I heard sirens and a drove of helicopters although could see nothing from my home. I was concerned enough to alert family member that needed to travel 101 to find another route. The assumption was a serious accident on the highway, not police activity.

Why weren't we alerted at the time? Kids were out on their own, it would have been prudent to keep us informed at the time rather than hours after it had occurred.

There was significant (5-7 vehicles) police activity at San Antonio and the East Bayshore frontage Road today (Saturday) at 11 AM. I wonder if it's the same case or another one.
