Palo Alto has highest credit rating

Palo Alto is one of 8 California cities to receive the highest possible credit rating awards by Moody's Investors Services.

I'm not sure that the City Manager's assertions that our City is financially troubled are accurate.

My brother-in-law was involved in Palo Alto finances in the nineties, and he used to say then that this city was wallowing in so much money there was no challenge in his job. He eventually left and went to work as finance manager for a city that had actual money problems!
