Lin assists the Knicks to a seventh straight victory

Palo Alto High grad Jeremy Lin needed 27 points to set an NBA record for scoring the most points in the first six starts of his career. He didn't do it. But, he didn't need to.

I wasn't sure how far Linsanity had gone till Lawrence O'Donnell -- who does not do sports -- highlighted Jeremy in his show on MSNBC last night in a very nice piece.

Then again, I suppose it was the Harvard connection....
