Gas Station near Winter Lodge - construction?
Around Town, posted by MidtownMom, a resident of the Midtown neighborhood, on Aug 22, 2010 at 1:02 pm

There is a construction sign near the gas station by the Winter Lodge in Midtown .. (looks like a builder sign). What is being built here?

Hope they're putting in a new gas station. There are currently no gas stations in midtown. Residents must drive to other neighborhoods to fill up.

Wow, you don't keep up with things do you!!!

A mixed use complex is going in on the gas station site. Offices under residential on top. Personally, I wouldn't like to live or work on the site of a former gas station. I hope it's been properly cleaned up

Any information on the mixed-use complex?

@ Resident South of Midtown

You don't need to be condescending when responding to someone's question or comment.

While housing/residential is not a good choice at least it will get rid of the eyesore that has been vacant for too many years. Shame on Arco for leaving it like that/

Just remember who owns Arco. They have no shame.
