HP Chairman Ralph Whitworth resigns for health reasons

Hewlett-Packard Co. board chairman Ralph Whitworth is resigning July 16 for health reasons, the Palo Alto company announced today.

I really mourn the loss of the HP Way, which this man was clearly a part of ( and Carly Fiorina tried to destroy). It seems that now with Whitworth's departure, it may be gone for good.

Mr Hewlett and Mr Packard must be rolling in agony in their graves!
