Love it! There aren't enough paleo resources out there yet and this app was one of the first I downloaded. Been on paleo for 4 months now and never felt better. Thanks and keep it up!

I tried the paleo diet last year, and got really sick with gastroenteritis because of it. It isn't for everyone.

Checked with my gastroenterologist: he explained that people of Middle Eastern and Caucasian descent generally do not do well on the paleo diet. The reason is that those populations evolved with more dietary grains than others.
