Man grazed by bullet in East Palo Alto

A man apparently grazed in the head by a gunshot in East Palo Alto Tuesday morning, Jan. 1, refused to cooperate with police as he was treated at Stanford Hospital, according to the East Palo Alto Police Department.

Hey All..., I heard someone unload their ten round clip just West of me at midnight. Looks like the crazies are moving in your direction. Don't these people know that what goes up must come down?

Even if this victim tells the EPA police their incompetent minds can put one + one to find the shooter. Sadly we can't rely on our lack of police enforcement. We desperately need change soon for the sake of our families!
