Shop Talk: La Boulange opening in Palo Alto

A San Francisco-based French patisserie and cafe chain that has been eyeing Palo Alto for months is opening a new La Boulange in mid-May.

Le Boulanger and La Boulange are different cafe chains competing with each other? Whose bright idea is that? Which one is better?
