David Guerrero, 36, of Milpitas has been identified by the Santa Clara County Coroner’s office as the man who was killed in a two-car crash on Page Mill Road in Palo Alto Thursday afternoon.
Guerrero was a passenger in a black BMW sedan that collided at about 1 p.m. with a silver Acura west of Junipero Serra Boulevard near Deer Creek Road, causing the BMW to roll over.
A preliminary investigation indicated a 2000 BMW was traveling west on Page Mill Road when it veered into the eastbound lanes and collided with
a 1996 Acura Integra, according to the CHP.
The driver and another passenger of the BMW suffered major injuries, and a third passenger in the BMW suffered minor injuries, according
to the CHP. The driver of the Acura suffered major injuries as well.
All injured victims were transported to Stanford University Medical Center for treatment.
