High winds knock down trees, limbs

The Pacific storm that roared into the Bay Area this morning with significant rainfall and heavy winds has downed trees and limbs in Palo Alto. Minor flooding has been reported at some intersections but no major damage has been reported yet, according Joe Teresi of the city's Public Works Department.

Just what we expect, trees falling bringing down power lines. The only places where this won't happen is where the powerlines are underground. The rest of us must continue to wait and see if we are the lucky ones this weekend.
