CITY COUNCIL ... The council plans to meet in a closed session to discuss the status of the city's labor negotiations with the International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 1319. The council will also discuss the Comprehensive Plan Update and give direction to staff about the plan's organization and the preferred planning scenario. The closed session will begin at 6 p.m., Monday, March 20. The regular meeting will follow at 7 p.m. or as soon as possible after the closed session in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 250 Hamilton Ave.

COUNCIL FINANCE COMMITTEE ... The committee plans to discuss the preliminary financial forecasts and rate changes for electric, gas, wastewater collection and water utilities. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m., Tuesday, March 21, in the Community Meeting Room at City Hall, 250 Hamilton Ave.

COUNCIL RAIL COMMITTEE... The committee plans to meet at 8 a.m., Wednesday, March 22, in the Community Meeting Room at City Hall, 250 Hamilton Ave.

HISTORIC RESOURCES BOARD... The board plans to hear a presentation on moving of historic resources and discuss the city's ordinance on accessory dwelling units. The board will meet at 8:30 a.m., Thursday, March 23, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 250 Hamilton Ave.
