Drew Harwell will offer a series of classes called the "Edible Garden Series: From Design to Harvest" on five Saturdays, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 2, March 2, March 30, April 27 and May 18 at Common Ground, 559 College Ave., Palo Alto. Focus will be on garden design and planning, composting, soil preparation, watering, harvesting techniques and best compost crops to plant after harvest. SUSTAINABLE HOME VEGGIES ...
