The city plans to amend the Transportation Element of the Comprehensive Plan to incorporate the Palo Alto Rail Corridor Study; review the Rail Committee guiding principles; discuss a colleague's memo on employee pensions; discuss 2013 legislative priorities; and discuss the viability of the Library Advisory Commission.
