A man was shot in the leg in East Palo Alto Friday night, Nov. 16, according to police.

Officers received a 911 hang-up call from Hibiscus Court at 7:19 p.m. They responded to the area and found evidence of a shooting.

The victim, a 27-year-old man, had already left the scene and was driven to a hospital by a friend. Police concluded that the victim was getting out of a car when a suspect shot him in his leg. The victim was in stable condition tonight.
